2017 Summer Athletic Program
Welcome to the summer athletics page. Here you can find all of the information that you will need to sign your student up for summer camp at West Ranch.
WHO Can Register:
Incoming Freshman and returning students attending West Ranch in the Fall of 2017.
When to Register:
a. On Line: MAY 1 – to the end of the first week of whichever camp you choose
b. Anytime of the day from your computer.
Register on-line by visiting the web store: HERE
Select your program by clicking on the appropriate link. On-line registration ends at the end of the first week of whichever camp you choose. If you fail to sign up during the first week of camp, a $25 late fee will be applied.
c. Walk In: SPECIAL WALK IN DATE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO PAY WITH CASH OR CHECK

Confirmation of Registration:
You will receive a registration confirmation when you pay in person or you may print your confirmation from your on-line registration procedures. Save all confirmation numbers and receipts.
Cancellation deadline is one week after starting date of the first camp for which you have registered. You may receive a refund within one week of the camp start date minus a $25.00 processing fee.
Medical refunds require a doctor’s note. Approved refunds processed after August 18, 2017. For refunds please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complete the Emergency Form, Consent to Treat Form, and Physical. Turn all forms in to the coach on the first day of camp.
Student CANNOT PARTICIPATE in any camp unless they have completed a physical examination and submitted all completed forms on or prior to the first day of camp.
You can schedule a physical for $30 (cash only) at Valencia Sports Medicine for the following dates from 12:30-4:15pm by calling Patty at 661-288-1212.

Under state law, school districts are required to ensure that all members of school athletic teams have accidental injury insurance that covers medical and hospital expenses. This insurance requirement can be met by the school district offering insurance or other health benefits that cover medical and hospital expenses. Some pupils may qualify to enroll in a no-cost or low-cost local, state, or federally sponsored health insurance program. For information, about these programs, call Medi-Cal Healthy Families at 1-800-880-5305. Student Insurance can also be purchased through Myers-Stevens, & Toohey & Co., Inc. at 1-800-827-4695.
ID Numbers for New Students
If you are continuing enrollment from another William S. Hart District school your ID number is the same. If you are coming from outside the district and do not have your ID number please contact email@example.com
and give the following in the email: student's first and last name, contact email address, home address, and phone number. We will only answer requests from incoming 9th graders and students who are newly enrolled at West Ranch. All other students have their ID numbers.
