11th GRADE

Focus: Where Do I Go From Here?
(Determine what is needed to plan for the future)
Activities
Discovery Portfolio: Resume, Goal Setting, Career Exploration, College Major Survey (NAVIANCE)
Connecting to Success Event, High School Media Day, Job Shadow
College Trips, SCV College and Career Day
Obtain Work Permit, Sign up for ROP classes and/or Work Experience class,

12th GRADE

Focus: How Am I Going To Get There?
(Begin the transition process for post high school life)

Discovery Portfolio: Cover Letter, Application, Brag Sheet, 5/10 year plan (NAVIANCE)
Major Quest (COC/AVID), Career and College Speakers, SCV College and Career Day
