Summer Check-in will be held on Tuesday, August 3rd for Seniors, Wednesday, August 4th for Juniors, Thursday, August 5th for Sophomores and Friday, August 6th for Freshman Class. In order to insure an orderly check-in, students are to attend at their assigned dates and times.

If your vacation plans prevent you from completing this process on August 4th, 5th, 6th or 7th, 2008, our make-up day will be on the August 13th, the first day of school, starting at 7:00 a.m. in the large gym.

Freshmen Orientation for students and parents will be held on Thursday, August 6th, 2008, at West Ranch High School, 26255 West Valencia Boulevard, and beginning at 7:00 p.m.

At Summer Check-in you will:

• Turn in your completed Emergency/Internet Access Card and Diversity form.
• Have an opportunity to buy an ASB card, physical education uniform, PE lock, yearbook, spirit shirt, school hat and Parent Advisory Counsel Membership. 
• Have your personal portrait taken for the yearbook and the opportunity to purchase a picture packet.
• Receive your West Ranch e-mail account and network login.
• Receive your West Ranch High School photo ID card and ASB discount card. You must carry your West Ranch ID card with you at all times while on campus or at school activities. Your ID card is used to check out textbooks, library books and to make purchases in the ASB Office.
• Pick up your class schedule.
• Check out textbooks. You may want to bring a backpack to help carry your textbooks.
• Pick up a parent information packet.
• Seniors & Juniors may also obtain their off-campus permits and parking passes with completed forms on Tuesday & Wednesday.
