The State of California and the William S. Hart Union High School District have set the guidelines that we must follow when enrolling new students. To expedite your enrollment, please be sure to provide the information requested below.
Proof of residence is required-you must live within the West Ranch High School attendance area or submit an Intradistrict Transfer Request and wait for approval. Click HERE for a list of approved determination and proof of place of residence.
Original birth certificate or Passport/Visa
Unofficial transcript from previous school
Most recent Report Card (and/or withdrawal grades if enrolling mid-term)
Most recent IEP for Special Ed
Up-to-date Proof of Immunizations - NO EXCEPTIONS
Upon enrollment, students must present a copy of up-to-date immunizations against diphtheria, tetanus, polio, measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) and the hepatitis B series.
Students coming from out of the state or country are required to have a California TB Mantoux skin test and the Varicella (chicken pox) immunization or verified proof that they have had chicken pox.
Proof of the Tdap booster shot will be required for all students entering 7-12th grades beginning with the 2011-2012 school year. The requirement can be met by receiving one dose of the Tdap vaccine on or after the 10th birthday. Please make sure your child has had or receives their booster shot. We will be requesting proof upon enrollment.
