All Distance Runners Schedule

Distance Training
Mon 25th Apr - 3:15 - 4:45 on track
Tues 26th Apr - 3:15 - 4:45 on track
Wed 27th Apr - 3:15 - 4:15 on track
Thurs 28th Apr - Meet at Home to Hart 3:00pm
Fri 29th Apr - 3:15 - 4:15 on track
Sat 30th Apr - 9:00 am - 10:30 am on track

Hurdle Practice Schedule

The hurdle workout for spring break is Monday-Friday 4:15-5:30ish (it is the same time as the sprinters workout) Depending on the sprinter's workout, the hurdlers will either be doing the sprint workout or the hurdle workout.

The normal workout that is not spring break but will resume after spring break is:
-Monday(sprint workout) 3:15-5:00
-Tuesday and Wednesday(hurdle workout) 3:15-5:00
-Thursday (track meet day)
-Friday (sprint or hurdle workout) 3:15-5:00

Sprinters Schedule (Spring Break)

Monday - Friday: 4:15 to 6:00 p.m. at West Ranch
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. at College of the Canyons

Throwers Practice - Spring Break

Monday 4:30 - Meet at Weight room, lift, then go to rings to throw
Wednesday 5PM at COC - upper field
Thursday 4:30 - Meet at Weight room, lift, then go to rings to throw
