West Ranch High School Counseling Staff
If there is an error on your schedule, you can fill out a google form requesting a change. Counselors will only take requests made via the google form, not email. This allows us to maximize the number of changes we can make as well as do it faster.
The google form will be made available on the day of registration.
Please note, if you took any classes over the summer outside of the District at schools such as College of the Canyons and you see that class reflected on your schedule, the Counselor will only drop it if you show proof of completion. You can do this by taking a screenshot of your grade along with a screenshot of your receipt for requesting the official transcript to be sent to the WR Registrar's office. You can email the screenshots to your counselor and put in a request to change in the google form.
