Campus Parking Passes are maxed out at this time. We do not anticipate releasing/issuing any additional parking permits in January. Please park appropriately on campus if you currently possess a WRHS Parking Pass. If you do not currently have a permit, please be sure to park safely "off" campus in designated street parking. New Parking Passes for the 2018-19 school year will be ready for Seniors/Juniors at Summer Check-In Registration.
The next Parent and Student Empowerment (PASE) presentation will be on “How to Overcome Anxiety” and will feature speakers from the Child and Family Center and the Santa Clarita Your Project. This important workshop is coming up on February 7, from 6:30-8:30pm at the Sierra Vista Jr. High MPR.
With the warmer weather here, let’s remember WRHS does have a dress code. Girls you need to make sure you are not wearing tube tops or see through shirts. Boys, tank tops cannot but cut out on the sides.
OPEN PERIOD STICKERS
If you have an Open Period, stickers will be given out sometime this week. Until then you must show your schedule and ID card at the gate in order to leave campus during your open period.
Student Parking Lot reminder:
Students are reminded to drive safely in the parking lot. Parking decals must be displayed at all times if you are parking within the student lot or you will receive a citation. Seniors and Juniors, please ensure that you have purchased your parking pass decal and are displaying it from August 14 throughout the school year.
West Ranch has a Late Start Wednesday schedule. This schedule allows for teachers to have scheduled time to collaborate and work on professional development together every week. This schedule aligns with many of the other high schools in the Hart District that also have Late Start Wednesdays. On Late Start Wednesdays, school will begin at 9:25am with no 1st period, and end at the same time, 2:45pm. I have attached a copy of the schedule to this email.
