All Official Transcript requests must be in writing.
Current students: use the form below to request a transcript; there is no fee for current students. When students are back on campus you will be able to come into the Registrar’s office and complete a Transcript Request card.
Former students: all transcript requests must be in writing and the request made by the former student only. There are four ways to request your transcript—online, by mail or in person.
Online: complete the form below. Email the completed form and a copy of your current photo ID to the email address provided. Payment can be made by mailing $3 cash or money order, per transcript, to the West Ranch address on the form, Attn: Registrar. Include a note stating that this is ’payment only’. We will process your transcript request upon receipt of the completed form and ID.
Mail: complete the form below and mail it to the West Ranch address provided along with a copy of your current photo ID and cash or money order payment.
FAX: complete the form below and fax the form and copy of your photo ID to 661‐290‐2903. Please remit payment following the instructions above in the Online request option.
In person: Transcript Request cards are available at the front gate from 8am – noon. Complete the card and your transcript will be ready for pick up the following day during the same hours. Payment is cash or money order only.
Official transcripts are $3.00 each, cash or money order only.
Official transcripts requested for immediate pick up are $6.00 each.
Unofficial transcripts, for former students, are available by emailing the Registrar’s office during school hours. If you are a current student, unofficial transcripts are available through the Campus Portal. Log into your Campus Portal account, go to “reports”, “unofficial transcript”.
