2022 Summer Athletic Program
WHO Can Register: Incoming Freshman and returning students attending West Ranch in the Fall of 2022.
FEES ARE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF DAYS THAT EACH CAMP RUNS
Confirmation of Registration: You will receive a registration confirmation when you pay in person or you may print your confirmation from your on-line registration procedures. Save all confirmation numbers and receipts.
Refund Policy: Cancellation deadline is one week after starting date of the first camp for which you have registered. You may receive a refund within one week of the camp start date minus a $25.00 processing fee. Medical refunds require a doctor’s note. Approved refunds will be processed the first week of August 2022.
For refunds please email firstname.lastname@example.org within the first week of camp.
ATHLETIC CLEARANCE FORMS: All students MUST create and complete the Athletic paperwork on athleticclearance.com **Returning student-athletes need to “activate their 2022-2023” account. Physicals are good for (12) calendar months from the date of EXAMINATION.
Students CANNOT PARTICIPATE in any camp unless they have completed and UPLOADED a physical examination, digitally signed all required forms and have received a “cleared” email from Athletic Clearance on or prior to the first day of camp.
Physicals: Your child needs a valid physical (within the last year) in order to participate in camp. The physical may be completed by any physician. If you need a location to get your physical completed.

INSURANCE – Under state law, school districts are required to ensure that all members of school athletic teams have accidental injury insurance that covers medical and hospital expenses. This insurance requirement can be met by the school district offering insurance or other health benefits that cover medical and hospital expenses. Some pupils may qualify to enroll in a no-cost or low-cost local, state, or federally sponsored health insurance program. For information, about these programs, call Medi-Cal Healthy Families at 1-800-880-5305. Student Insurance can also be purchased through Myers-Stevens, & Toohey & Co., Inc. at 1-800-827-4695.
