Hours of 7am to 12 noon and 1pm to 2:45pmParents/guardians can send a note or call in for their student to be released.  If calling, please give us enough time to get to your message and retrieve your student.  If sending a note, please state the reason why the student is leaving and the time you want student released.

If someone other than parent/guardian is picking up a student, we must receive a note or a phone call from parent/guardian stating who is picking up the student.  Please make sure to state the reason why and the time you want the student released.  A hand written or e-mailed note is best from the parent dlove@hartdistrict.org or jlaliberte@hartdistrict.org

Hours of 12 pm to 1pmANY STUDENT THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN OFF-CAMPUS LUNCH PASS MUST BE SIGNED OUT BY THE PARENTS/GUARDIANS ONLY. Parents/guardians must physically come to the Attendance Office to sign and release the student.

Parents/guardians are to call or write a note of excuse within 24 hours of the absence.  Education Code 48260, states that any student who is absent from school without a valid excuse for three or more days will be considered truant.  Parents/guardians should provide written medical, and or legal notices when possible.

A tardy is given to a student within the first 30 minutes of class.  It can only be cleared as an excused tardy if a student arrives with a dentist, doctor or court note.
