Web Store

Welcome to West Ranch’s “NEW” On-line Store. As of February 1st, we transitioned to a new accounting software program along with a new on-line store. If you are visiting the store for the first time, you will need to register for a new account. If you have visited the site since February 1st, just click the link below. Whether you choose to setup a Family or Student Account, please follow the format carefully. However, it will ask you to check your email and activate your account before preceding to the next step. Please make sure you follow the instructions in order to complete the process.

We are very excited about the new on-line store and the ease of using it. If you have any problems or questions, please feel free to email Fran Whitney at fwhitney@hartdistrict.org. Thank you for your patience as the transition of changing software programs/on-line store in the middle of the school year has been a more challenging and time consuming than anticipated.

All registration items will be available on the Web Store on August 1, 2018. 

Step # 1 - Access Online Store

We are using a new web store which will require you to create a new account.


Step #2 - Create Account

Click “My Account” then “Register for an account.”
Enter the requested information and click “Register.”

Step #3 - Confirm Account

You will receive an e-mail from the Online Store. Click the link within the e-mail to confirm your account and return to the online store. 


Step #4 - Log In

Log in to the web store with the username and password you created. 


Step #5 - Make Purchases



Linking Student Accounts

Some items may only be available to students. A student can be linked to any account through the following steps. While logged in to the online store click "My Account" then select the "My Family" tab on the left hand side. Enter the student's ID number in the space provided. Once you click "Add" the student's name will appear. You can repeat this process to add additional students.


ID Numbers for New Students
If you are continuing enrollment from another William S. Hart District school your ID number is the same.  If you are coming from outside the district and do not have your ID number please contact fwhitney@hartdistrict.org  and give the following in the email: student's first and last name, contact email address, home address, and phone number.  We will only answer requests from incoming 9th graders and students who are newly enrolled at West Ranch.  All other students have their ID numbers.
